Key Ministry Features
Urban Ministry Training & Preparation

Street Evangelism & Friendship Ministry
Teams engage directly with people across NYC—on sidewalks, subway platforms, and in public spaces—sharing the Gospel through conversation, testimonies, prayer, and compassion while building genuine connections.
Homeless & Compassion Ministry / Mobile Food Truck Outreach
Teams serve individuals experiencing homelessness by distributing hot meals, water, blankets, hygiene kits, clothing, and emergency resources. Through the Mobile Food Truck, volunteers meet both physical and spiritual needs while creating opportunities for prayer, encouragement, and Gospel-centered conversations.
Soup Kitchens, Food Pantries & Community Service
Teams partner with NYC pastors, churches, and ministry organizations to serve in soup kitchens, food pantries, shelters, and warehouses. Responsibilities may include food preparation, meal service, organizing donations, and engaging in meaningful conversations with those being served.
Prayer Walks & Prayer Stations
Teams participate in guided prayer walks across key NYC locations such as Ground Zero, the Brooklyn Bridge, and surrounding neighborhoods. Prayer stations also provide opportunities for one-on-one ministry, offering encouragement and spiritual support to individuals throughout the city.
Children’s Outreaches
Teams serve in children’s ministry programs across NYC in partnership with local churches and shelters. Through songs, skits, puppet shows, and Gospel presentations—along with games and activities—children experience a joyful and engaging environment where they can encounter God’s love.

Why It Matters
3 Day / Weekend Mission Trip
The Weekend / 3-Day Mission Trip in NYC provides an opportunity to step into real, hands-on ministry—where faith is lived out through action.
In a city as diverse as New York, needs are constant and varied. This outreach allows teams to respond in practical ways while also sharing hope through the message of Jesus.
Even within a short timeframe, the impact is significant. Volunteers are challenged, encouraged, and spiritually strengthened as they serve in real-life ministry environments. Many leave with a renewed sense of purpose, deeper compassion, and a greater confidence in sharing their faith.
The experience often extends beyond the trip itself—impacting how participants serve in their own communities, churches, and everyday lives long after they return home.
